Drinks (smoothies, teas, tonics)
AIP strawberry and peach smoothie blended with coconut milk, a four-ingredient breakfast or snack
Drinks (smoothies, teas, tonics) · serves 1 · under-15 min
Core AIP · Elimination phase compliant

Some mornings you are not going to cook, and pretending otherwise just means skipping breakfast. This is the realistic version: 4 ingredients, one blender, ready before the coffee finishes. Keeping something this fast in your rotation is part of what makes the elimination phase survivable on the mornings that start rushed.
The vitamin C in strawberries and peach is real support for the collagen work already underway in a gut lining that's trying to repair itself. The coconut milk is not doing the nutritional heavy lifting here, it just makes the whole thing rich and drinkable. Stir in collagen peptides after blending if you want to add glycine to the mix, though that step is optional and takes this out of vegan territory. If strawberries are a trigger for you on a low-histamine protocol, mango or blueberries work as a straight swap.
Pour it into an actual glass before you drink it. It sounds like nothing, and it changes how a 5-minute breakfast lands.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 sliced peach
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons collagen peptides (optional; omitting keeps it vegan)
Method
Add the frozen strawberries, sliced peach, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
If you are using collagen peptides, stir them in just before serving rather than blending them in.
Pour and drink fresh.
For a low-histamine version, swap the strawberries for a lower-histamine fruit such as blueberries or mango.
This is a no-cook blender drink, so it needs no air fryer or Instant Pot variation.
